Welll, the light-armored units only use the bodyarmor and pouch plats, where as the heavy ones use bodyarmor, shoulder pads, armguards, knee pads, pouch plastes and helmets! The LMGs usually use the heavy one, but with special shoulder pads and pouch plates as they use bigger weapons
