thoughts on being a “loner” yet loving an audience by Shannon Kringen

was very happy doing the world naked bike ride yesterday.  i sometimes don’t talk to the nice people there very much and i am sort of the “loner” even though i am happy to be with them in the ride.  i had nice conversations with two of the men in the group and one female and shared some nice words.  felt more a sense of community yesterday.  (during our world naked bike ride ONE GUY ON THE STREET YELLED OUT “Goddess KRING” this made me happy!!!!!)    healing some of my social fears maybe?  i am very focused and confident and comfortable about waving and smiling at the public/audience people watching us ride our bikes in the parades and group bike rides but am more reserved when talking with fellow bike riders.    it makes me naturally high to be in front of audiences in fact!  my more outgoing personality comes out…and i love to video myself and share that with the public and i love speaking in front of the public when invited.  and i love to model in front of people obviously! i have done it 23 years!  learning who the real shannon is! feels good.  i wanna keep shining my light and inspire others to be honest and open and authentic.  create,  explore!   manifest your dreams etc.  learn, heal, grow,  keep exploring this life.

GoddessKRING. Videos ready to be converted to DVD I did a weekly show from 1996-2011 and have 100s of 28 minute videos I made solo no crew just me!

Guy helping me digitize goddess Kring videos is doing it with machine VHS to DVD. I could also get a chord and plug a VCR I to a computer and make digital files then store on hard drives and DVDs in addition. So two main ways to convert VHS to digital formats. Any tech person out there think one way is better? I want most of my shows digitized but then am going to find best ones and upload to the internet and sell copies to fans if they want that and have for rental at scarecrow video. They told me they want more Goddess Krings for their local collection!
