Each picture has a description of what I'm doing and notes. Materials used: One .5" fiberglass core from Edhellen, completed handle and pommel. One 4# routed sword fry from Barley cut to size of core. One strip of 2# MC foam I bought from foambymail.com. It's 1" thick and cut to the "exact" size of the 4# fry. No power tools were used. Just a Sharpie, fine tip pen, ~20 razor blades, DAP, scrap blue foam to apply DAP, sand paper(low grit), Scotch packing tape and loud music.
