First of all - nice design! Your elf feels as ethereal as can be, and I must say her halo-looking circle of light intrigued me quite a bit, as it's not something I'm used to think about when I imagine elves.

The outfit you thought of is elegant as well - coupled with the elf hovering slightly above ground, it reinforces the fleeting vibe we went over in the above paragraph.

When it comes to conposition, I have nothing to complain about - the stylized decorations do a nice work at filling the empty space that's not occupied by the elf herself.

As for what to improve - I gather it's part of your style, but the elf's legs look somewhat too long compared to her body. That assuming your intent wasn't this exact one, of course.

All in all, a very refined piece - I'm not surprised it gained you a DD.
