Desperately on the lookout for my parents, Shad and I begin to peep through every window on my castle.
"Oh Shad, I hope we are not too late," I worry, squeezing his hand a little.
"Sally, you do not have to worry. We are very close to seeking them out," he assured me placing a hand over mine.
"Okay," I answered him.
We move forward and reach a window. It is open, so I decide to lean in and take a look.
"Mother? Father? Are you in there?" I call out into the room.
"Shh..it is best not to speak loudly, their soldiers will hear us. I encourage you to use only your eyes," Shad tells me.
