Appears to be trying to use a factory preset, referencing a file with a specific filepath (E:\...) so it doesn't work for me in Photoshop CS3 cause I don't have anything on the E: drive.

So I suppose its useable only for another version of PS.

make adjustmant layer generates error > could not complete becaus the file could not be found ??? the file is on HDD so ?
