Puzzled - Dr Eggman

Illustration for chapter 14 of the story about my Sonic AU (YAAU). Read here. I like the Sonic X design so I decided to stick with that with Eggman. 
I almost never draw Eggman and I was thinking I'd screw up, but I honestly feel I didn't. He's still ugly though
