It's happening again (or still).
If you get any private messages regarding raffles or having won something in a contest you were not a part of, then the message is a scam.
DO NOT click any of the links in the message, as it may compromise your account.
DELETE any message like this immediately.
Thankfully, the account that sent me the message is banned already, but there are most likely more such bot accounts sending these messages around, so be careful, and only trust messages of people you know.
