I would say Dashie because I wouldn't thinks is possible for RD to actually keep up with Super Sonic. So Super Sonic and RD are both the same speed. Super Sonic is 3 times as fast as regular Sonic. So if it were just to be Sonic vs Rainbow Dash, the obvious answer would be Rainbow Dash. But if Rainbow Dash were to go into her own Super form, she would be about 5 times as fast as Super Sonic. Causing, if she were to do a Sonic Rainboom, she could possibly break the sound and light barrier. But the only way for them to be as the same speed, would be if Sonic were to turn to Hyper Sonic. If they would fuse, they could possibly change the laws of time and space. That's my theory.
