So I got carried away... it ruined everything.

So, you see that golden shine on the Left CPU? Yeah It's Fried.

didn't pay too much attention to it until after I installed it and

it didn't function, not to mention that the pins to the computer's

motherboard was damage in the process, so main computer I

use to animate and rig things is gone now... I'm stiuck with the

one that wigs out over time.

All of what happened: I clean the PC thoroughly and then added

the CPU (i5). Upon Booting the All-in-one PC after putting it back

together and closing it the display was just blank, I said to myself

"will, sometimes it takes over a minute or so just do a fist start-up".

I set there for over 5min before turning it off, it was calm and study

the whole time, but when I looked it up the rabbit hole effect began.

"It's the GPU" but no I don't have a GPU so I don't think that why

it's not booting, "It's the CMOS Battery" I think that reset my Bios

but the Ports are not working so I can't check for anything with my

Ports not working... sigh, "CPU might be bad" I just got it though!

Fine, I'll trade it out for the other and it should still- it's not loading...

Why IS THE OLD ONE Not Working?! "[Restart your computer with

uuueeAAAAAHHHHH! I did the one stick of RAM with both and I already

clean the heat sync when I did the cleaning and cleaned al most the

dust from the Fan cooler and yes I even cleaned the heat-sync to

the best of my abilities for someone that's doing this for the first

time on a All-In-One I think I'm doing very well thank you no thank-

oh... I didn't think of the CPU pins, =Checks pins= OH no... that

looks bad. I Can Fix This! =Get Tweezers= ok now which one is

bent... hmmm:

 

Whelp, I can't tell so I guess I'll do the ones that I think crunched

when I first put the i5 in. =Few moments latter= I think they was fine

the way they was but I did find a few stragglers here and there...

=Starts up= Nope, I done goofed!...

And... Now I'm in this while chair of flames. I'm still going to work on

it but some CPU pins are kinda bad and I could slip up an make it worse.

Happily against my better judgment I finished the part of a project before

moving over here to the Laptop I'm typing on now.

Oh and by the by, I reached out to HP about it and they just noted

as a community effort by sinding me to the forms about the Bios they

did not have and turns out the Gen I got was over dated for my PC

but they way it was worded in the shop it seemed compatible. Even

HP Helper didn't know what to do when it was tossed to them to make an

answer to the problem. What a Day, oh did I mention this happen in a day.

Final repair... did I do good?
