Commission: Mini Octavia

Commissioned by someone on etsy.

I was super excited to make Octavia. I think she's such an elegant looking pony. And I love trying to make new eye shapes and expresions. I really want to make a tiny Vinyl/Octavia combo. 

My mini ponies stand about 4 inches tall. Her eyes and cutie mark are hand-embroidered by me, as well as all the details in both her mane and tail. Her bow-tie and collar are not removable.
