COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE:

1: Currency is in USD; payments will be accepted through PayPal only. Please provide payment upfront, but wait for me to accept the commission first. If you choose to cancel halfway through the process, you will only receive half a refund. The other half will be kept for any work that was already done. Full refunds will be returned if no work has been started yet.

2: Please provide a neat reference of your character. Also, please give a clear description of any extra details you want in the commission. It doesn't have to be a wall of text; just give enough for a clear idea.

3: I will not do commissions of canon characters from any franchises. These characters are protected underneath copyright law and many companies will not tolerate monetized fanart of their properties.

4: I, the artist, have the right to cancel a commission if any form of ill behavior/disrespect occurs. I also have the right to cancel if the client is being uncooperative or unresponsive for too long.

5: Any major changes (i.e.: hair/outfit changes, or the addition/subtraction of an item) are only allowed in the rough-sketch stage of drawing. Once the commission is finished, only small changes (i.e.: color or marking errors) will be allowed. Any major changes made after the commission's completion will come with extra fees as I would have to redraw the whole thing over again.

COPYRIGHT / USEAGE POLICY:

1: I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: A) Promote myself in any place or site, B) To display it anywhere to my liking, C) Post it wherever I want.

2: You, the client, are allowed to: A) Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. B) Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. C) Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

3: However, you are NOT allowed to: A) Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way). B) Taking credit for the creation of the artwork. C) Removing any watermarks/signatures. D) Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
