♥ Because of my responsive nature, please do not heckle me (even if gently) about the status of your commission. I have a medical condition that can be exacerbated through stress. If you remind me daily about starting your commission or working on your commission,
I will cancel your order IMMEDIATELY. You will receive the funds minus material costs. I have demonstrated my excellent work ethic time and time again, so please, do not put my health at risk.
Payment
♥ I only accept Paypal for online transactions and an invoice will be sent to you for no additional charge. All payments are conducted in USD
♥ Payment plans are not offered for all transactions, so please inquire before expecting to use a payment plan. For more information

♥ Payment plans must be paid ON TIME. If you cannot make your payment as scheduled, please let me know ahead of time. I will send out a reminder the prior week. If you cannot pay on time, you will not be able to use this option in the future.
Shipping/Postage/Customs & Duties
♥ Shipping costs for all dolls now includes full insurance. I ship through USPS First Class Mail for Domestic Shipments and International Priority Mail for everywhere else. Postage costs 14 USD per art doll (equal or less than 7 inches) for Domestic and 52 USD per 3 art dolls (equal or less than 7 inches) for International mail. For all other orders, prices vary and can be seen at check out in my store.
♥ Orders are shipped 3-4 days after transaction is completed. Holds beyond 1 week will be made at additional charge.
♥ Shipping times are 2-5 business days for Domestic Mail and 6-10 business days for International Priority Mail.
♥ I will ship through FedEx if the customer would like to pay for that service. I am sorry I cannot ship through UPS or DHL because there are no locations in my area.
♥ I will not undervalue an item on custom forms. Custom and duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.
♥ I cannot be responsible for the order once it has left my hands. I provide a tracking number or a customs number. Any claims to be made for lost packages will have to be done through
usps.com♥
NOTE: I have had problems shipping to Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates.
Cancellations & Returns/Exchanges
♥ There is no refund or exchange for a commissioned piece especially for a custom character. If you are not sure if you want to make that type of commitment, please use my First Option, no obligation option.
♥ For premade orders: I do not offer refunds after the order is shipped, but I will offer an exchange. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned
fully insured and in its original condition at the expense of the customer. The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement order. All custom & duties fees will be deducted from the value of the order.
♥ Other refunds are made this way:
- Unshipped premade product: Full refund
- Custom Dyed Mohair Kit: No refunds once mohair has been dyed
- Commission w/ no materials purchased: Full refund
- Commission w/ materials purchase: Funds minus material cost
- Commission that has been started: Funds minus material cost minus labor costs
- Payment Plan: Funds minus 25% non refundable and transaction fees
