[P2U] Anime Base

This is a Pay To Use base created by me. If you are like me, you like the best of both worlds: Anime and anthro. Well this base is both! It is in my anime style and includes human AND anthro bases!

You are allowed to make small changes to the base such as making your own ears/tails or faces.
You can only make small alterations such as the ones listed above to the base, note me if you are questionable about something.
