Most portraits are gifts, it starts as an impulse buy just looking for a gift. Most of the time it's not too well thought out either. (I see you nodding your head) Who is it for? Who is the subject? What's the relation between the two and the purpose of the gift? I imagine it as visualizing the wall you hang the picture on. Most people are repeat customers because if done right it's hung on a wall and enjoyed. Your repeat customers will challenge you hard. They understand the gift better its both easier and harder at the same time. So you know as much as me now.

Mission to produce 20,000 portraits for someone.
I am building something out of nothing. I don't want to focus on money, but instead goodwill. Please understand that I have a vision but no clue what I am doing here. Art was just a dream. My experience so far was selling original drawings then charcoals and eventually pastel portraits. It was just a thing I did on the side because I liked it. My setup is digital I'm learning Paintstorm Studio have a good computer and almost no internet if I am not surfing wi-fi. I want to know you and work with you. So I don't bumble into everyone else's business. I need a following online and content. You would be doing me a favor by just challenging me anything. No charge, tip if you want.
