In reference to why I carry a sketchbook everywhere:
You have to be ready to capture those ideas when they decide to come out and show themselves (usually unannounced). Otherwise, they float away and could be gone forever lost in memory.

Just a little feature 
Your drawings are so peaceful to look at. I like the simple style, with a character in the center and not much else in the background to distract attention from it.
I appreciate artists and illustrators who put lots of detail in their work, but for me it can be too much visually and then mentally. Part my goal with my work is to help the viewer reach that place of calm.

You definitely nailed this goal. Especially with their expressions, all the characters look either calm, or mildly curious or confused. They're too cute
