To be really honest, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is not my favourite cartoon show ( it is my currently airing favourite cartoon alongside Gravity Falls, but I'm becoming less invested in the latter due to its atrociously huge hiatuses. Seriously, in TWO YEARS only about 10-12 episodes have aired, when in MLP we had 32 episodes and two feature length movies. ).
That honor would have to go to Over the garden wall. That miniseries is just a beautyful piece of art, filled with great music and songs, wonderful backgrounds, really well made animation and, most of all, an awesome atmosphere that transports you to the world of those tales of old ( with a really clever twist ending).
I hugely recommend to those who haven't seen it to grab some potatoes and molasses and watch it. :D

Anyway, I hope you like this crossover of my two favourite cartoons. You can write a comment with your thoughts, if you want. :)

Why does the MLP fandom have to ruin everything?

With what Angel is wearing, I am convinced this is a play or a movie of some sort.  There is a unicorn special effects designer and he or she turned Rainbow Dash into a bird for this production (although Rainbow Dash can be changed back if there is enough time between her uses).

As for my opinion on Over the Garden Wall, I think it blows away the competition...while it lasts.

It's a very fun and lively crossover scene. Lovely work on the bemused Twilight and goofy Spike. Angel is quite cute, and the Dash bird is funny too. Gorgeous work on the forest and background too. BTW, is that figure hiding in the shadows a really as mean as it looks? Creepy, but in a good way.

Dead you won't do any good to your brother." "I was never any good to him alive, either." Emotions... Just. Emotions.
