Wow nice! Can i ask what lights did you use?

Thanks so much, Edithe-3d!

I'm so glad you like this image! I must say it's one of my faves :happybounce:

Sometime the simple things have the best results...:

Kayla Portrait Lighting Set-up 1.0.0

This was a super simple rig comprised of only 3 lights and a relatively soft HDRI.

As for post work, I applied a de-saturated and blurred softlight overlay along with some 'cooling overlays' that I like to apply to most of my works that add a little bit of a vintage look to things. Some additional adjustment of color levels and saturation followed.

I hope this help!

Really impressive render! I'm sorry to ask, but could you share some tips for the lights and postwork? ^_^

I thought I'd pick her up too but change how she looks, I'm not a plug n play kind of guy. Feels wrong

Hey Aero3dx!

I'm typically of the same mind. Adding my own spin to out-of-the-box models is certainly a lot of fun. With Kayla here, though, I've got to say I was just kind of digging things as-is!

You bring up an excellent point though. I may just have to take a tour around my mats and morphs and have some fun after all! :happybounce:

Thank you so much, justanaveragedeviant!

I'm low-key really proud of this render...

When people ask me what my hobbies are and I bring up "3D design work" as one of them, I use this image as a SFW way to show them what I get up to!

I often come back to this render as one of my 'all-time-favorites' as I look back on my gallery. I'm really happy with how it turned out and so happy you like it too!

Of all my recent posts, this one rates highly as a 'personal favorite'.

It doesn't hurt it's SFW, so I can have something to show folks when I talk about my hobbies. =D

Kayla's been a blast to work with! I've been neglecting my other characters to work with her...
