For anyone using this..to reduce noise in Photoshop: Isolate problem areas with rectangular marquee tool and apply several passes of Gaussian blur. De-select and then go to Image->Adjustment->Curges. Drag the lower half of the curve down, and the upper half up, so that you are increasing contrast.
Looks perfect then.
