This is the necklace I made for Princess Tutu
It was really fun to make! I use a template from the tutorial I found here: [link]
to start off with but the materials I used are totally different.
The base oval is actually the top of a tin can xD my dad helped with this part, he used a ball peen hammer to beat it flat, then I just cut the oval with snips.
The jewels are just paperclay, painted and glazed.
The trim is some very heavy gauge copper wire I found in the basement, then cut, filed, and bent into shape.
The wings are scraps of petticoat netting from the tutu glued to plastic (I used part of a berry container). I added a drop of blue acrylic paint to the glue so they weren't plain white.
I know it's missing the 3rd jewel, the paperclay I used broke when I tried to glue it on so I just got rid of it
