Hi I've recently found that you made a python script for Xnalara (importmeshacii). I've tried to install in blender 2.64 but i can get it to work. Could you please tell me how can I install it correctly??.

it's been a while I didn't "play" with Blender and XnaLara.
For you problem, I would say my plugin has to be installed like any other plugin for Blender; but as I didn't follow the evolution of Blender's addon API I'm not sure that the plugin is still compatible with Blender 2.64

It can be a solution. If you can't see the plugin in Blender 2.64, then try the last 2.5x release.
