it is clear that the art cannot be used for commercial use, meaning that you can not guarantee this point through selling the Dream Up generated art.
Furthermore, when submitting your art you must credit the artist whose style the art is in, if you’ve done that.

Hello! Thank you for the hint, but I am using Stable Diffusion, which works differently than DreamUp. Instead of merging like many believe, SD is using noise from thousands of images, thus creating entirely new pixels and therefore new art. I also never use artists in my prompts, to ensure that I do not copy a single artist's style, but to generate smth entirely new.
I know that AI art is a hot topic, but I like to compare it to the music industry: they often sample from other tracks, or just rearrange the notes etc. That's what AI does, too, simplified.
Can we just take a minute to appreciate how much time and work they put into their pics?

They didn’t do the work. It’s stolen from the artists on the site using dream up.
Actually, I am not using DreamUp, but Stable Diffusion. SD works with noise, while DreamUp merges images. Also, I never use artists in my prompts to ensure that I do not copy any particular. I agree about DreamUp, luckily SD is using thousands of images, denoises them and actually creates entirely new pixels, thus creating entirely new art.
