Description
Class: WBS Weekly Thotoughbred Flat race (Left handed 1 mile on dirt)
Show: WBS Weekly Races
Horse: SS Wild Red Skies
Rider: Random Stranger
For Annacaza
Story: *|The autumn race|*
Skye was ready, his adrenalin taking place in his veins. The starting signal sounded, the gate opened and he pushed forwards with all his power. The awkward looking potatoe nosed boy, or Random Stranger as he called himself, sat atop his back and urged him forwards, but not too hard. Skye would have to be careful not to tire himself out.
The race contuined at the steady pace, horses speeding both before him, but also slowing behind him. The dirt kicked beneath his hooves. The air felt light. He felt the heartbeat strong in his chest.
Random stranger smiled as he leaned forwards in the saddle and passed one of the competers that had speeded before the pair earlier in the race. Skye didn't like Random Stranger. But he didn't dislike the boy either. The brown haired boy just wasn't....his soul mate fit kinda thing.
The pair closed in at the finnishing line when a brown dot speeded before them, making Skye slow down just enough for another contestant to pass by. "Stupid Squirrel" Random grunted and tried to push the confused Skye forwards, but the stallion had gotten the scare. It took him a precious few seconds to move over the finnishing line, but they had completed!
Random sighed.
But Skye and Printer became BFFs for life jk just ignore this I love Printer

I had really fun with experimenting with different textures on the background! And Skye is so beautiful. Or handsome. All those positive words
Thanks to all who viewed, faved or commented on this deviation. I love you.
