We've previously created a series of journals on learning to use DeviantArt - now is an appropriate time to evaluate how some things have changed. and how many things are still the same. Now What? #1: Understanding DA Your personal menu at the top of your desktop profile looks different, as things have been shuffled around and hidden beneath drop-down menus. First, there's your notes/chat notifications in the envelopes (notes) or text balloon (chat) icon. When you hover over it, it will load your chats and/or notes.
