Surprised Meilin by selenityshiroi

Older Meilin of CCS fame, looking very surprised. Mostly an excuse to practice drawing anime hair (using a Tanemura Arina style in this case). Her top came out too pretty for her to stay in my sketchpad though!

Heeheehee, I saw this picture under the "More from *selenityshiroi" side bar and I remembered that in Chapter 25: Parting Friends Meilin decides to go back to China so her friends throw a surprise party for her:

"Meirin-chan!" Sakura ran up to her. "Come, let's go to Tomoyo's house."
"Why?"
"You'll see."
When Sakura and Meirin reached Tomoyo's mansion, the maid led them to a grand room. When the door swung open, it was dark at first. "Huh? Wha—"
Then, loud cracking noises popped and a chorus of people shouting, "SURPRISE!" sounded. The lights flooded on and Meirin stood baffled, with streamers hanging from her hair.

I don't envy you for working on a wikia. Soooo much work! You're so dedicated, it shames me! I've added your weebly page to my favourites, too, because it's so handy. I didn't realise there were so many fans contributing to NT!

The NT Wiki is a huge project and I'm pretty much on board to take care of the fanart side of things. Because I've spent so much time with the NT Picture Book, I know almost every picture by heart so I have an idea for what's suitable. Kris started with the summaries and I'm going to let him do his thing. I'm not even touching the characters, lol.

I'm super happy that you're keeping an eye on my website! It couldn't be done without the fans, though! I think it's important to keep everything in one place. All that's left is to figure out how to add a guestbook...

Hey! I can't believe I've never seen this one! Okay, it will take a little research, but I'm sure that I can find a place for this in the NT Picture Book Project! Her expression makes me smile!
