Description

To all newcomers: Welcome to 'Accidental Elemental', my webcomic/graphic novel adventure based in the world of the video game series, 'The Legend of Spyro'. It's true that this story takes place in a pre-dreamed Universe, but I think that it may be a good standalone-story as well, for people who love fantasy and dragons but are not familiar with Spyro. :) (Smile)

Here it FINALLY is, the (much too) long-awaited 44th page. :faint: I'm the slowest comic-maker in the Universe.

Scald: Oh, dearest Parch, I have long admired your magical abilities, and I would appreciate it ever so much if you were to tell me how to get my own.

Parch: ...Are you crazy??

The grass is always greener, so they say. Scald might seem like an indifferent, hard-skinned kind of guy, but he's actually a very fearful person at the core, and that's always made him feel small and weak and powerless (who wouldn't be grumpy, being trapped in one's own brain with those kind of feelings? I can actually sympathize with him on that one). Being bullied and estranged by the larger part of his community wouldn't help at all. So naturally, he'd come to covet the kind of power his brother has displayed, thinking it would liberate him from his fears and feelings of helplessness. I guess both these brothers have their own problems... one doesn't feel strong enough, the other's TOO strong. :XD:

It will be so great to see this part in the new version.

I adore Scald and all his disdainful, half-blood, insecure glory.
