This is just the first of many Disney Princess fanarts I'm doing. It's a little project that I've wanted to do for a while but just never really had the time for. Actually, I don't really have the time for it now, but I've decided to start it anyway >O>;; So, you can look forward to more of these... eventually. I've really gotta focus on other stuff right now, but the Princess Project will continue. I swear *crosses fingers*

I tried my best to stay as close to Disney's design (used similar colors and such), but for some reason she looks really different when drawn in my style. I hope it's not too hard to tell that it's Snow White...? ^_^;

I haven't seen the Disney film in ages. Snow White is probably my least favorite of the princesses; something about her always annoyed me. HOWEVER, I will give Disney points for altering the Snow White (Schneewittchen) of the Brothers Grimm fairy tale. Because in the original story, they specifically say she's only 7 years old... and the text doesn't give any evidence to suggest that she ages when she marries at the end x_X;; They don't say how old the prince is either, which worries me. But it's even worse if you read the 1812 version since there's suggested necrophilia... as well as the pedophilia x______X;;;; On top of that, Snow White is just really stupid in the Grimms' version (she gets tricked 3 times!). So, yes, I'm glad Disney made those changes... though I'd love to see parents' reactions if Disney had followed the original 1812 version
