Bandits have cooties?

That's what Nemian thinks, it seems.

You know, there are days when I wonder if I could be any more dorky. And then I go and do something like this, and I know it will only get worse.

So. To start, this joke is just a rip-off of the crappy, random thing I did a while back. Which still doesn't explain much, such as why Argul would be doing something so stupid in the first place. What next? Dipping Nemian's hair in ink? Fake spiders?
Not sure who they're talking to, either. Ironel, Alabaster, or whoever Nemian might run crying to in this situation, I guess.

And, uh, since it's gonna come up eventually: I'm a crazy Argul/Nemian fangirl. Yeah I said it; I ain't gonna apologize. What do you want from me? You know I live on hate slash! *shakes fist* Besides, it's not much weirder than, say, Hie-jin/Kyung-ah and I know you ain't gonna maul me for that. Mainly because you probably have no idea who they are, but still!

As for the drawing itself... eh. It's kinda old, a month or so. I like how the clothing came out, and the expressions are okay. Argul has a pretty good "Nuh-uh!" face, but Nemian doesn't look nearly as weirded-out as I wanted. Shouldn't of used crosshatching on his gloves, 'cause you can't see the girly pose of his hands very well. Not sure why I gave him armor on his arms. What kind of fighting is he gonna do anyway? And who's really gonna aim for his forearms? I just like adding on random, non-functional doodads to costumes. I just like saying "doodads". The crosshatching on his coat sucks, though. I wanted it to look like it was made from a heavy, textured, and possibly itchy material. Blah.

Yeah, not sure what's the deal with that thing around Argul's waist, either. No, it's not supposed to be a skirt. He was kinda top-heavy, and I didn't feel like drawing his legs, so yeah. At least he doesn't look like a pirate (namely a certain pirate; my mom would never let me live that down) anymore, aside from the headband.

So, second thing I've colored in Painter, and I've decided that I MUST HAVE IT. It's just so much easier than Photoshop, and better looking, too. Normally black/dark grays are a pain to work with, but the way it blends it actually makes it look decent. Mmm... blending. Oh, and large spaces are easier to color than small ones! It's like the twilight zone, man!
