Been working on a monster commission project. But have been making stuff in the meantime. Refining or repurposing, for the most part. Also did a couple XNALara conversions.
I've also been working on pose packs, but they're a bit jumbled. I have clinches, solo poses, some Muay Thai-style kicks, and two person moves. With the suggestions provide in the other journal entry, I hope to have enough soon for a couple packs that can be divided in a sensible manner.
Let's start with the guys.'Beast from the East'
I made a robe (dforce), a pair of hakama (dForce) and a mask for this OC. I accidentally overwrote the DAZ file but can easily recreate it, though setting up the Reality materials won't be fun.
Genesis 2 Male Stuff
I did Abadede for a friend. Here it is in Blender using the high-polygon version:Abadede
Pretty simple to make. Gauntlets and studs easy enough. Kneepads and boots are a bit of a nightmare.Biff Slamkovich
The gear itself is not that much different from the above, so not even going to do the rear shot. Using the same trunks. The rest of the gear is rather simple but the boots are a major rework. I had hope the dForce (blue) section of the laces would work. They don't. But this is purely the low-polygon version. I also removed the old laces and eyelets and went with a simple set of polygon laces. If it's ever done, then I will have version of these for both men and women for G2, G3 and G8.
I also have to make a pair of biker gloves and decided to use my new modelling techniques to make something better than I had before. Again, these can be moved to G3 and G8, male and female in the future:
The first is a Japanese-inspired outfit for the custom job. Here it is in Blender and Painter:
Another outfit for the same job was drawn from the final match of the first episode of the current Mae Young classic. This is only the low polygon version. I haven't even unwrapped the UVs yet, much less done any of the sculpting. I'm using a new modelling technique that will allow me to make women's gear that much faster:
... and finally, I did an XNALara conversion of Rowdy Reiko's hair and suit for Genesis 3 Female. I have a second Rowdy suit in the works (if I can figure out an issue) as well as Dixie Clement's sheriff/marshal outfit (has a dForce issue too). Clearly, this was rendered in DAZ and used Lux as the rendering engine:
