A great story!
Good way of incorporating horror by making the teens dressed as zombies (thus making it feel like the “horde” was coming for the mom).
The mom was also just the right type of controlling that didn’t make her unlikable, but also making her just stuck-up enough that it did feel like she ‘asked for it’ when they inflated her.
