This is another paradox that I've been working on for a couple of days. It describes a person with psychological problems such as schizophrenia, insanity, depression or other mental problems. His endless screaming makes his own mind eat him up.

I have periods in my life where I feel like this. I wanted to make an illustration of my thoughts and my pain within.

Equipment used: pencils (3B, 4B, 6B, 5H) stompf/blending stumps, charcoal, tissues and an eraser.

Size: Regular A2 (42 cm × 59,4 cm)

I also made an animation of it:

Wow! What a brilliant idea! Amazing!

Love the feeling of this. Would you mind if I used it for a non-profit music video (a song about depression)?

"Grey" is the song: Stormz.wixsite.com/mstorm

I love this and appreciate it even more once I read the description. The overall composition is great and your transition in between the faces flows very nicely.

omg! where... where did you see this picture? In your dreams, subconscious... or that was an arbitrary process? I have one very similar picture with the same idea of mental disorders! so now i'm just in the cognitive dissonance %-0

This is incredible, and a beautiful - eerie, startling, painful - depiction of mental anguish. Particularly intriguing is that the endless screaming is portrayed as a sort of downward spiral.

I saw this on Pinterest and had to find the actual artist. I know what you were saying in the drawing very true about the mental health problem. I have a form of autism, major depression, anxiety disorder and PTSD. I love the arts and I'm trying to learn to draw with a digital painting program called Krita. Just wanted to say that I love your drawings! Some look like they should be on a Pink Floyd album cover. Keep up the good work!

I saw this piece on Pinterest as well and like you I had to find the artist. I feel that this piece speaks to me as well with the screaming in your own mind.

Sebmaestro, you have given Edward Munch's "The Scream" some very serious competition. This piece is amazing and so are your others. They are disturbing, but real and enlightening. Also, to see that you do all of this in black and white blows my mind.
