I haven't posted here in a loooong time. However I am trying to move towards using my art to support myself and part of that involves engaging art lovers on various platforms. Deviantart is where I first started to upload my art and I have neglected my account for some time. 

Partly this is due to the fact I have been sharing art on other platforms as well as my new website which talks about comics, my art process and tools I find useful. I also give updates on my attempt to make my own comic Catapulted! So check it out below and sign up to the newsletter if you want to receive the newsletter and be kept in the loop about any Kickstarters I start. 


I have a plan for my art in 2017. I am taking more commissions and I have just completed a cool astronaut themed piece which will be on here soon. I have booked a table at London Super Comic Con 2017 which both excites and scares me but more on that later. In the mean time enjoy the art.

My first piece of published work!

I learnt a lot from completing a short story from start to finish. 
There is PLENTY for me to improve on and unfortunately the sequentials seem to a bit stiff like some of my other sample pages but hopefully with practise I can bring the same energy that I have in my quick sketches here on DeviantArt.

There are always things you wish you could have redone but those are the things you carry over to the next project. 

This was good fun to work on and (although biased) 'The Day the Traveller came' is my favourite story in the anthology. Big thanks to Magnus Aspli and Glenn Møane for choosing me for this project.

After some recent exciting comic activities, namely sketch session at Orbital Comics with Des Taylor and LSCC 2014 I have been working on sequentials for the latest Outré Anthology - #3: Xenophobia.

Issue 4 should be out at the end of May.

A great way to start 2012 with my first completed piece of complete art since... well lets just say its been a very long time.

When I talk about a completed piece I mean something that I've fully completed, not just a random sketch that looks half decent.
And I've also discovered I have some portrait skils. I've never been fantastic.. maybe its the comic art thats helped...? I dunno...

So now its back to drawing comic style and will mostly be working to complete my own graphic novel.
