My Bio

Hi, I am a London based artist drawing in both traditional and digital mediums. In 2017, I successfully self-published my creator owned comic book CATAPULTED (a story about cats in space during the 1960's) through Kickstarter and am working to complete that story through another Kickstarter soon.

5 years... I can't believe its been 5 years since I last posted an update here. So much has changed in that time for everyone. From an artistic view I have seen lots of creators ditching Instagram, due to the terrible changes that make it harder for people to follow and find your work. Some have switched to TikTok, but I fear that will have the same fate as Instagram (plus I really don't like TikTok). However, many artists have been coming back to DeviantArt so I'd thought I'd start uploading art and making updates more often. I'm going to try and make my website the main area I update as I'm fully in control of that (unlike other platforms). Progress Updates: I've recently completed the pages for a sci-fi comic from Bluefox comics (Simon Birds) and now I'm working on the rest of CATAPULTED before resuming the remaining issues of Gone. The Gone vol 2 comic that I'm providing the art for will be coming to Kickstarter soon. Updates to follow.

2017 Updates!

0 min read
I haven't posted here in a loooong time. However I am trying to move towards using my art to support myself and part of that involves engaging art lovers on various platforms. Deviantart is where I first started to upload my art and I have neglected my account for some time. Partly this is due to the fact I have been sharing art on other platforms as well as my new website which talks about comics, my art process and tools I find useful. I also give updates on my attempt to make my own comic Catapulted! So check it out below and sign up to the newsletter if you want to receive the newsletter and be kept in the loop about any Kickstarters I s

My first piece of published work! Head over to the Outre site below to download it.  http://outrepress.com/?p=1580 I learnt a lot from completing a short story from start to finish.  There is PLENTY for me to improve on and unfortunately the sequentials seem to a bit stiff like some of my other sample pages but hopefully with practise I can bring the same energy that I have in my quick sketches here on DeviantArt. There are always things you wish you could have redone but those are the things you carry over to the next project.  This was good fun to work on and (although biased) 'The Day the Traveller came' is my favourit

i saw you at Ipswich comic-con today!!! your art is gorgeous, dude
I just ordered Catapulted 👌🏻
So you were the mystery buyer! I thought it had to be someone from the con. Sorry for the late reply, I'm not as active on Deviantart as I'd like to be. Hope you enjoyed the comic!
I'm working on the remaining issues that will be released together, hopefully later this year.
Thank you! Awesome models on your page.

I also have a website that talks about my progress in trying to make comics (as well as updates on a kickstarter I will attempt later this year) and I also post random bits on instagram.
