Suppose if you were to travel down to The Island of Sodor, you’d be greeted by the site of several remarkable engines and vehicles. From the engines of the standard and narrow gauge railways to the various buses, tractors, helicopters, and other road vehicles, no matter where you’d look, you’ll always find a friendly and welcoming face.
“Hello, Rheneas!” called Peter Sam as he stopped with his train of trucks.
“Morning, Peter Sam! Morning, Rusty!” called the gallant old engine.
“Morning you, two!” said the little diesel as he passed by.
Unfortunately, for every friendly face, there are those who are not so pleasant.
*Whistle Blows*
“Oh no…,” groaned Peter Sam as he immediately recognized the sound of that whistle.
And no one better exemplifies this more than George. He’s a green steam roller owned by the Sodor Council, often used for road maintenance though he has a personality as terrible as several of the roads he mends.
“Oh great, not more of you!” he grumbled. “I

(Vicarstown yard, July 22nd, 7:00 AM)Narr: In the yards at Vicarstown, some of the trucks were talking to one another with one truck feeling quite impatient.Brutus: Grr, where is that engine?Rickety: Which one?Brutus: Bernard, you idiot. He’s supposed to be collecting a lot of us at this time. If he doesn’t hurry up, I swear he will be getting into a crash.Norbert: Careful, Brutus. If you keep up this act, you’ll find yourself into something else other than a “troublesome truck”.(Some of the trucks giggle, much to Brutus’ annoyance. Just then, out of the blue, they all hear a big booming whistle with loads of hearing of chugging sounds com...

MTBGE Part 1: Fletcher's Discovery
Narrator: If you were ever to visit the North Western Railway on the Island of Sodor for the first time, you would find a lot of engines racing through the countryside with either a passenger train or a goods train behind them nearly all day. The reason for why you see them nearly all the time is because you'd be watching the engines go by on the main line which runs all the way from Knapford to Vicarstown and to the Mainland beyond. The main line engines were very busy with both goods and passenger trains as summer was approaching, so the engines had to work twice as hard, no sooner that they had finished with one train that they had to g...

Adams' Wrath -Act 1 - Part 4 'A Grimm Reality'
Mallory awoke to find herself tied to a chair inside of a motel room. There were no visible clocks; the television screen was covered in runes drawn using permanent markers and her chair was positioned near facing a mirror. Salem manifested in the reflection once the grogginess passed. “You’re becoming a major liability, Mallory.” Salem’s tone, much like a stern mother, filled Mallory with a deep sense of dread. “If your little stunt had worked, did you even have a plan?” Full access to Mallory’s inner monologue granted Salem total insight into Mallory’s thought process. “You need to be rational about this. We have made arrange...

Day 31 - Try, Try Again
POP! POP! POP! With each clay pigeon that was fired, Nova didn’t miss a single one.
“Can we ramp it up? I’m getting a little bored over here,” she whined.
“That’s as fast as it goes,” confirmed Noah.
“Well, then I think it’s safe to say that my skills haven’t rusted one bit.” Nova glanced around the range. “Say… we’re pretty close to the woods, I could just leave right now.”
“Absolutely not! This is a firing range. It’s not even safe for us to walk into those woods.”
Nova noticed the rifle ranges for the first time across the gravel drive leading up to the ammo store. “Oh. Well, can I at least walk onto your truck ramp? If I’m going to start incline training, now’s as good a time as any.”
“Only if you’re up for it. Don’t forget, we can still use the winch to pick up that cage.”
“Oh trust me. I won’t.” Nova approached the back of the truck bed and watched patiently as the ramp was lowered. Once it crunched into the ground, she took one step onto it with a shaky hoof, steadied
