Dr. Winsteds Eight Days as Dr. Morton Epilogue
It has been Twenty-Five Hours since I was returned to my body. There was some slight discomfort initially. I had to be restrained and sedated. Thankfully I had left instructions for Dr. Morton or Dr. Chén if I hadn’t been able to resist my curiosity.
The instructions were thus:
“If I am unable to resist the urge and curiosity, sedate me for for twelve hours. Place me in the isolation room, and set aside food and water with the recommended dosage of Adderall, Ritalin, or Vyvanse. This will boost my focus and speed up the adjustment of my mind back to my own body. Monitor me for fourteen hours and decide whether I can be released.”
I have one hour left; I have spent most of that thirteen writing the events of note in the last eight days. I’m not sure I will put them in report. I also read the note Lizzy left for me when I woke up.
“James, I wanted to tell you that the mission was a success. But I didn’t get the chance while we were so ‘busy’. In a few days we’ll have an altogether
