Once Upon A Time, there lived a merchant/inventor named Maurice Beaumont who lived in Auradon with his wife Cadence. With Cadence, Maurice had three daughters; the twins Jacqueline and Marguerite and Belle. Sadly, shortly after Belle was born, an extremely deadly and contagious disease struck Belle’s mother and the rest of the family had to leave so they wouldn’t get sick themselves. Since then, Belle only knew about her mother through the stories her father would tell her. While Marguerite and Jaqueline grew up to be quite stuck up and spoiled (due to their rich environment), Belle grew up to be quite the kind and smart person, reading every historical book she could find, like the book about the family feud in Toscane. But then, one day, the Beaumont family lost most of their fortune when ships carrying his money sank to the bottom of the ocean. And with that, the Beaumont family moved to a simple cottage in a small town where they began living a more simple life, where while Belle
