Kinder was transformed from a lamb skull. While she doesn't think much of her transformation, her past haunts her. The fiery death that led to her skull being left and forgotten in a pile of ash plays over and over in her mind and keeps her from moving on and embracing her new form. The skull was very, very old. Found covered in grass and weeds up against an old mossy stone wall. The grass on the property was overgrown and vegetation had overtaken the buildings and whatever remained of the fences. Trees now growing all around the once plain landscape. Though nature had taken back this land, it was easy to tell what the remnants of the buil...
The heroes, emboldened by their successes in California and Nevada, traveled north to Oregon. They arrived to find the state shrouded in a thick, unnatural fog, emanating from a massive, dormant volcano – a twisted version of Mount Hood. The once-lush forests were withered and gray, the vibrant ecosystem silenced. Dr. Ken had transformed the volcano into a weapon, and guarding it was his next minion: Magma Star, a fiery, five-pointed star radiating intense heat.
Magma Star attacked with waves of molten rock and bursts of flame. Sam, using his square form, created a barrier to shield his friends from the scorching heat. Tim, despite the danger, darted forward, attempting to get close enough to strike, but the intense heat made it difficult. Charlie rolled around, trying to create a wind current to disperse the fog and heat, while Sally attempted to use her light to counter Magma Star's flames, but her light was diminished by the thick fog. Sure he was outgoing and good natured, she was fairly certain he would make a good father if they ever had pups, but none of that mattered if he couldn't provide for them under the heat of the ever present sun. They had been searching for a suitable territory to claim for their own but had to keep stopping so he could rest in the shade. It was beginning to wear on her.
"Are you ready to move on yet?" She stops her pacing to look down at him in the shade of a shrub.
"Soon love, soon." He reassures her with an unconvincing pant. "Why don't you calm
AbsenceAs much as I didn't like how the show ended, I'm challenging myself to write a story about how I would continue it(kinda like if Nickelodeon came to me and let me write a Danny Phantom movie and told me I could do whatever I want). Now I'm going to warn you, Vlad is going to be a little . . . different in this fic, I figure a few years in outer space would have that effect on him. Not to mention Danny is older and therefore isn't going to be the same as he was when he was fourteen year old(So expect some OOCness).**Just so you all know, there will be a lot of Vlad's inner monologue and thoughts, which will be represented with italic...
