[Tutorial] How to create/improve your species
How to create or improve your species – An Unconventional Tutorial Disclaimer: If you are a seasoned species owner, some sections of this tutorial may be blatantly obvious to you. However, to make sure that new species owners understand these principles they have been included in this tutorial. Feel free to skip over these parts if you wish. What this tutorial is not going to outline is 'How to pick a unique species name' or 'How to modify a real animal into a species', or other topics in a similar vein. Those popular tutorials were the ones I read when I first started creating species. However with some insight and a lot more experience, ...

A daily saga (befleshed)
Now, maybe you think *I'm* a jolt or a dolt or whatever, but I come by it very honestly, 'cause here's an example of what I have to deal with:
My dad, today, tells me that his friend is fixing up what he calls a 'Kar-ma-GUI-ya' which he lets on enough that I can discern to be a type of automobile. He says his friend is going to take him for a ride in it when he finishes restoring this 'Car-mah-GEE-ah.' I should look it up sometime, it's a cool car, he tells me. So, I say to him, I'll just look it up right now, so I can see what you're talking about; 'how do you spell it?' I ask him: 'no idea.' So, I sound out whatever he seems to be saying into some phoneticization I can quickly type into Google, careful to add that it's a 'car type.' Google retorts with a Rolls-Royce *Camargue* of which I show him a photo and he says it is, in fact, the type to which he's referring. So, I tell him: this is pronounced 'kah-MARG,' in such a manner that he has no way of *not* noticing that I looked it up *on the web* (that bastion of propriety in our humble epoch). Albeit, *telling* him how to pronounce *anything* were my mistake, because, just then, I kid you not, he repeats in all seriousness, 'kahr-muh-GHEE-uh,' twice, as if to remedy my 'incorrect' pronunciation of ‹Camargue› (like the very region in France)!
He had apparently grown so attached to his more 'exotic' pronunciation that he could not but still assume, in the face of blatant evidence to the contrary, 'No, *my* pronunciation is the right one'—indeed, I could almost *hear* him thinking it
I study French, and this same man has told me that I 'need to lighten up' because I have dared to correct his pronunciation of *visibly-francophone* terminology
If I'm not primed for long-suffering with such phenomena manifesting in my *daily* social existence on top of whatever scotoma I've apparently slipped into digitally, I'm not sure who is
(I don't think my dad has dementia as of yet)
Meanwhile in Florida, final exams are underway. After exams end, Rose Anslinger visits her boyfriend, Noah Thorne. Things get quite interesting.
Rose: IÕm flying back to Houston to see my family this weekend. IÕd rather stay here, but they donÕt know about you yet, and I donÕt think this is a good time to tell them.
Noah: I donÕt want to cause trouble between you and your parents.
Rose: Well, my father. My mother just goes along with whatever he says. Dad will go ballistic when he finds out that you are an atheist, but I have gotten so sick of pretending to be someone I am not just to get along with him. I already told dad that I do not...

The note references are because I don't know enough about music theory to write it correctly. Sorry for the inconvenience, and if anyone knows the correct terminology, correction would be appreciated. And the notes are for instruments. Common CPT Codes in Skilled Nursing Facility Bill
Skilled Nursing Facilities play a critical role in providing a post-acute care continuum to individuals. For patients recovering from injuries sustained in falls and in need of physical therapy, individuals with chronic conditions requiring periodic acute flare intervention, and individuals with recently diagnosed illnesses, the range of skilled nursing services provided facilitates recovery and stabilization. However, due to the complex requirements of the skilled nursing facility billing and coding process, nursing homes often suffer from claim denials and revenue loss.
The process to substantiate the provision of nursing care, therapies, treatments, evaluations, medication administration, and more based on medical necessity and payer coverage rules is provided by the appropriate use of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes. However, considering the range of patient demands and interventions offered, determining the correct CPT codes can be difficult.
