New Mini-Movie Review: Becoming Led Zepplin (2025) (Watched in IMAX on 02/12/2025) Rated: PG-13, 2 hrs. 01 mins., ⭐⭐ 1/2+ or ⭐⭐⭐ The IMAX exclusive documentary on the early years and formation of the British rock band Led Zepplin, from 1968 to 1970, is filled with lots of energy and electrifying music all through interviews of the band members: Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones and John Bonham (as an archival audio recording), never-before-seen footage and photographs interspersed with news footage of the big topics of the time, and concert recordings of their songs from "Dazed and Confused" to "Whole Lotta Love", all of which is wonderfully edited and enjoyable fun. Though how it ended seem rather abrupt.
