OC Stuff - Some Late Halloween Art

I'm back from my week long break of not posting anything. In some ways I did feel it was necessary after how many consecutive days I was drawing stuff for 10+ hours at a time. But I was also low key in the zone work ethic wise during that time, so stopping that while trying to ease my way back into my old work flow ended up being a lot harder than I anticipated... i.e. I'm finding myself procrastinating working on stuff A LOT more than usual. Hopefully its just because I was just trying to build back up a backlog of art again, and now that I'm resuming posting stuff I'll be more on the ball. We'll just have to wait and see.

Anyways, for the first drawing back, I wanted to do something that, while a little late, was in theme for Halloween considering I was too busy with the outfit swaps to draw anything more in tune with the holiday. And considering its one of the few times of the year I can find the drive to actually draw my OCs without being all like "nobody cares about this", I decided to continue that tradition.

I decided to go with Shira, my necromancer OC, who funnily enough the last time I drew her was also for Halloween... 3 years ago. Man do I feel bad for how much I neglect my OCs compared to how much I used to draw them all the time in the past. Anyways, that is quite the gap in time, and more importantly, in drawing skill, so I felt a bit of an inclination to update her design a little bit like I did with Kitsiyuna earlier this year. I might be at that point where I start doing that with a lot of my OCs considering how much I like getting to see such large improvement in my art. You know, provided I can start caring about my OCs again...

At any rate, I hope you guys like the art even though its an OC and not more Hololive fanart. While it is nice when people like something you draw, I feel even prouder when its art of something that is 100% of my own making and not just reproducing things other people made. Regardless, the regularly scheduled churning out of Kiara fanart will continue next time, so I'll see you all then.
