Yo, I actually found your [link] site first and then followed your DA link from there.
You've got great stuff and it's very professional. I'm amazed to see how the quality and talent of South African art can relate to international standards lately and yours is definitely a great example.

Anyway, I'll probably see you sometime at Zeplins.

I just wanted to stop by and say that I love your work!!! Great job! So how is the D80 working for you? I was thinking about getting one, but heard that the focus speed isnt to fast, how has been for you? What lenses are you shooting with?

Thanks for the kind words. The D80 is a great camera for the price. The focusssing speed is fine when shooting people etc. The bigger viewfinder and large clear LCD screen are great. The battery grip is a nice extra that lets you shoot in portrait orientations much more comfortably. I generally shoot with a Nikon 50mm 1.8 or Nikon 80-200mm 2.8
