My Bio

My name is Sean Butler. Much of my life has been dedicated to the pursuit of becoming a filmmaker and artist. I am a young man with Aspergers Syndrome. I'm always kind and considerate. I want to be just like Guillermo del Toro and Tim Burton. Most of my artwork is inspired by the works of Tim Burton and Guillermo del Toro. I am also inspired by anime's such as Soul Eater, or anything from Studio Trigger as well as video games like Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy or Myst.

I also have an interest in stories that are either historical or fantastical. I like to draw fantasy creatures both friendly and not so friendly. I personally believe that monsters and faeries are more than just childhood fantasies.

Yesterday

Film recommendation: The Adventures of Baron Munchausen by Terry Gilliam. Based on the tall tales about the 18th-century German nobleman Baron Munchausen and his wartime exploits against the Ottoman Empire. It is, to this day, a misunderstood film. A titanic exercise in bravura filmmaking. A testament to the power of imagination. Moving and magical. Gilliam is a master. ^^

I know how you feel; family isn’t always on the same page as us. And we tire of their company and want to be around people who are more no-nonsense. Be thankful she isn’t a citrus fruit who constantly makes quips like, “Hey! Hey, Sean! Sean! Hey! Caught any juicy worms in your books lately?” I know that’s not a thing anymore, but still!
