[DL] SdowBurns' Rocket Wrist and Assault Gunner

Part of the Rocket Wrist was taken from TF2 Sentry Gun's Rocket Pod and welded on a belt for portability for ponies.

Assault Gunner attached from the side of a pony for self-defence and mobility.

One of my first few custom models so feedbacks from you is good.
