Edit 1:31 PM PST Back at it!
Edit 4:41 PM PST New reference image! Rebuilt the buildings and and the crystal on the tower. Also some color corrections
Edit 6:06 PM PST Foliage and stuff!

Edit 2:00 AM Took a break played some games. But came back its pretty much finished.

This took much longer than the first but I am pretty happy with it!
