Dressage at the CloverField Fall Clinic

Pine watched the tote bag currently in Stacey's arms with a loving gleam in his eyes. He didn't have to see in the bag to know it was full of his favorite treats- a bag of the soft, round peppermints and a six pack of the Riptide Rush Gatorade. Stacey had went to three different stores before they left home in order to find that flavor of Gatorade- oh the things you do for these overgrown babies.

They were currently in Rochester, New York at an eventing clinic full of fancy horses and riders from all over. Stacey felt unsure in this new environment, sort of out of place, but to hell with it all. She had Pine and knew she'd be just fine. He was the steadiest horse she'd been on in a long time. He was young and fresh in his career, but what he lacked in experience he made up for in ability.

The Dressage class was their first official day at CloverField. The morning was fairly crisp still and Stacey was thankful for the warm turtleneck top she had chosen for today. (Even if she was dreading seeing all of Pine's hair on it after)

During the class, she fell into place with a small but friendly group. Most were ironically also riding Irish Lightbloods, so they all had something to bond over.
