Das Sein bestimmt das Bewußtsein
Drum wähle sorgsam, mit wem du dich umgibst, er wird dich verändern.
Wähle aus, womit du deine Zeit verbringst, es wird ein Teil deiner Persönlichkeit.

Das Schlimmste aber ist, dass wir uns an die schlechten Verhältnisse gewöhnen, je länger sie dauern um so mehr. War es am Anfang vielleicht noch leicht gewesen etwas zu ändern, so wird es von Minute zu Minute, von Stunde zu Stunde, von Tag zu Tag, von Monat zu Monat... schwieriger... und am Ende erscheint uns die Alternative nur noch als Angst einflössend und undenkbar. Daran sollten wir denken.
