Just saw this in Digital Art Masters: Volume 7. I really enjoy all the ornamentation here. That hand gesture and bell just tops it off.

She reminds me somewhat of Carmilla from "Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust" (which I love). The fine-details on her outfit are fantastic, and the bell is a nice touch (I don't know why). Well done.
