I thought it was a funny idea..
I'm not too happy with the result, so please help me improve it...
I've got comments on the fact that it's isometric rather than perspective, so what do you think is better?
Edit1: Added some satellites, the sun, a glow to the planet, various terrains to some special regions and other smaller tweaks...
Edit2: Vectorized continents, added a ship, adjusted clouds...
