Pokemon: Path of Stars - Chapter 2

Ruby Ruby frowns at her reflection in the mirror, anxiously adjusting her jacket for the umpteenth time. Her battle with the Trainer in blue from yesterday is supposed to be taking place in thirty minutes, and no matter how many times she reassures herself about, she can't help being nervous. Each time she tries to focus on the battle ahead, a mental image of Riley's cheeky grin and offer to travel the Sinnoh region, along with calling her pretty... The young woman suddenly buries her face in her hands, hiding her burning cheeks from the reflection. "Eevee?" little Sage calls softly, placing a gentle paw on his Trainer's ankle as he tries

Rosie & Vincent “Remind me again why you want to come so badly?” Vincent asks over his shoulder not unkindly. “Well first, we never finished our battle, I have a second Pokémon,” the petite redhead replies - not for the first  time - walking quickly to keep up with him. “Second though, I’ve never been out of the region before, so I don't want to pass up the chance to visit a completely new region!” The taller man glances back at her, but says nothing before continuing forward. “So, what exactly is this mysterious business you have in Sinnoh anyway?” Rosie asks – again. A sigh escapes past the young man’s lips as he looks around the lobby, bored of the same walls, the same chairs, and the same routine every single day: wait, battle, wait, battle, wait, and on occasions, the champion would show up for double battles. It gets boring, having to wait most of the time. With another sigh, he stands up, walking past the other trainers who are waiting with him, the brim of his blue hat pulled low over his deep, ocean eyes, his hands in the pockets of his navy jeans. The suit jacket he had worn six years ago had long since fallen apart, forcing him to replace it with a more modern, dark blue coat with black l

Pokemon: Path of Stars (Chapter Ruby)

The loud air horn of the ship rings through the somewhat cloudy evening, causing a flock of white bird Pokémon with blue stripes on their wings to fly into the air with startled cries. A mix of light and heavy footsteps can be heard as passengers disembark, many of them accompanied by Pokémon of their own. At the very back of the crowd, a tall brunette girl walks quickly, a Growlith following stiffly at her side. “We're finally here, Ray!” she calls excitedly, her brown eyes shining as she gazes at her partner. She sighs when black and white sneakers reach the dry, stone walkway, crouching down to pet the anxious Fire-t

Inktober Day 11: Rehab

I openly admit, I have a problem. I’ve been going to rehab for months because of it. But honestly, if they knew – no, if they believed me, I don’t think anyone would argue with me anymore. I don’t want to remember that night… It was dark. I’m not married or anything, so I was just alone in the living room, watching a random movie that was playing. My attempt to relax after a long day of work. Imagine my surprise when I heard the door open, and the heavy footsteps of someone coming in. I attempted to call the police, but the connection had gone dead on my phone. I tried the house phone too while noise erup

Inktober Day 10: Fire

I watched my family slowly burn in the glowing flames, the inhaled smoke suffocating them at the same time. They couldn’t even scream in pain because of the coughing. The blood that pooled where there had once been tissue boiled painfully, splattering the area around them with red that soon turned soot black. I was with them, coughed with them, suffered with them… yet I survived. While they died a slow, painful death, I lived to show everyone the ugly burns I had been left with. I’m a reminder of what that damned pyro got away with. Even though evidence upon evidence of him having caused the arson was presented, he got away

Inktober Day 9: Phones

Everyone who is at least mid to late teens has a phone. Hell, my six year old sister has a phone with no SIM card in it, so at the very least, she knows how to use the thing. It’s the world we live in now, run completely by technology. Want to apply for a job? Check their website. Want to order food or something? Go online. Need to know how to do something because your teacher can’t explain it in plain English? Google, Yahoo! – whatever browser you use probably has the answer. I was hanging out with my friends in the park when technology turned against us. It was late, around midnight maybe. We were just goofing off; one of

Inktober Day 8: A Lost Key

“Mom, have you seen the spare key?” a young woman with long midnight hair asks, poking her head into the bedroom. “Isn’t it under the windowsill outside?” an older woman asks weakly, lifting her head from the pillows surrounding her. “I checked there already, and inside the light too,” the ravenette replies, dismayed. It’s the third time this week that the spare key has gone missing and been replaced – there’s no way it can be replaced again, not until Friday. “Take my key for now, Sidney, you can give it back when you replace the spare,” Mother says gently. Winter Breeze [Edgeworth x Reader]

For the 20th time, you rapped against the wooden door. "Edgeworth? Hello? It's me," you called, a little louder than before. "Edgeworth?" But, silence was your only response. A sharp sigh escaped your lips, materializing as a thin cloud. You glanced down at the box, awkwardly wrapped in the shiny, red paper, cradled snuggly between your chapped hands. As a soft breeze softly nipped at your nose and cheeks, you bundled your coat about yourself even tighter. You glanced behind over your shoulder at the sun's rays diminishing behind the trees, leaving only a muted glow of deep purple and blue. You scoffed. "5:30, and no more sun. Go figure.

Daylight [Alucard x PTSD!Reader]

The brilliant, buoyant beams of sunshine danced within the winding embrace of the forest below. Remnants of the golden light flitted through the tiny rift of the red velvet curtains. You felt yourself breaking through the thick fog of sleep, the rays piercing your eyes like needles. With a quiet moan exuding from your lips, you  tightened your embrace around the shoulders of your slumbering lover and pressed your face into the cool skin of his back. His breaths remained steady and even, and his faint pulse beat slowly, the vibrations softly tickling your cheek. A small smile touched your lips. If you allowed him, he would be more than happy

Can someone please tell me how to report accounts? Some scam artist is trying to tell me I won a $100 giftcard. Also, deleting notes would be nice, if I'm going to be stuck with Eclipse, then I might as well figure this out now.
