Treasure chest

I made a treasure chest for my BJDs in medieval style. It’s rather large (about 29 cm wide and 18 cm high) so they can sit on it like on the bench.
The whole design is mine, I commissioned a wood cutting service so they made me all the pieces, then all of them were glued together.

It took me forever to paint the patterns with gold acrylic. I made some chairs with similar pattern before, so this piece would fit to the furnishing. The lid has some sort of a map on it - rather random design, I thought it out while drawing.

The findings are made by me out of a copper sheet and wire.
I’ll keep some BJD stuff inside, they have plenty ^_^
